BFSG FSD Proxy
« on: Thu, 02 Mar 2017, 20:45:49 »
Hello
Some help will be gratefully appreciated. I am flying using P3D and have a copy of the Fly UK version of the BFSG FSD Proxy and this works well with VPilot when flying with Fly Uk members.  However I am not sure what I need to do to fly online with BFSG members.  The FSD Proxy software settings are very limited and in talking with Mike Collins it was thought I might need to download the BFSG website version.  However I have tried this and saved it to a different folder so not to clash with my Fly UK version.  The trouble is that Windows 10 is telling me 'This app can't run on your PC'.  Any ideas and is downloading another version the right way to proceed?

Thank you
Trevor

Trevor,

The best way is to stick with the one version you have, but to create two shortcuts to it with different command line options.

For the FlyUK server, the options are: "/rhost=flyuk.aero /rport=3010"
For the BFSG server, the options are: "/rhost=bfsg.game-host.org /rport=6809"

If you need a hand setting this up (I'm not going to teach you to suck eggs), then please ask.
