 Can I make a Flight Plan in P3dv3 using low airways and then transfer it over to the Maj Q400 and into Flightsim Commander9 and if so how

Hi Mike,
On the Q&A in FSC someone asked this question re FSX and the answer is no so I would assume its the same for P3D the reason they give is FSX contains less information than FSC.
I do it the opposite way I create low alt plans in FSC for the regional flights then cross check using PFPX or Vroute they then go into the FMS in the Dash Q400.
