Installing FSX the correct way !
« on: Wed, 04 Nov 2009, 11:43:46 »
Having to reinstall FSX onto the new laptop, now that windows 7 upgrade has arrived and I have managed to install it with out too much fuss. I began trying to locate a peice of work by someone who is known as Nick N and is highly regarded as THE MAN who knows the inss and outs of not only FSX, but also computer operating systems and setups.
After some 2 hours of seraching I managed to find the work I was looking for, it is a complete guide in how to install or reinstall FSX and covers actions required by those with 32 bit systems and those with 64 bit.
The link is given below, I would recommend you read it once or twice before you decide it is of use to you and more importantly you print the whole article before setting off to change things...
Don't forget to set a restore point before changing anything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
